Introductionary Autumn School

Programme
The Marie Curie Initial Training Network "Environmental ChemOinformatics (ECO)" was holding the first Autumn School at the Helmholtz Zentrum München (HMGU).
Fundamental training to the fields of chemoinformatics was offered, including lectures on bioassays, chemical analytics, chemometrics and QSAR/QSPR modelling as well as complementary skills in scientific writing and peer reviewed publishing.
Guest speakers were invited for the theoretical lessons and the training was completed with hands-on training in the lab and on the server. Additionally a field trip to the Alpes for on-site sampling perfected the programme.
